  • RSP awards assembly will be on Friday during 8th period.
  • The CMS Basketball Teams will be hosting Harts this evening. Games begin at 6:00.
  • The Valentine Dance will be this Friday, February 7th from 6-8 p.m.
  • SALT Meeting will be at 3 p.m. in room 217.
  • 3rd, 7th, and 8th Period PLC Meetings will meet today in the conference room with Mr. Browning.
  • There will be no student council today.

  • Lunch Menu: Chicken Fajitas, Corn, Salsa, Grapes, Milk
  • Students you may have 2 milks at lunch today.
  • Teachers the wireless is down throughout the building.
  • Mrs. Williams needs to meet with the members of the National Junior Honor Society briefly at the beginning of the 8th grade Tiger Time in room 147
  • We are following the 3rd nine weeks schedules. We will start in 1st period there will be no grab and go.
  • Report cards go out Tuesday February 4th. Grades need to be submitted via ENGRADE before noon today.
  • RSP awards assembly will not be on Friday. We will reschedule for Friday, February 7th.
  • CMS Basketball teams will be traveling to Hamlin this evening to take on the Bobcats. Games begin at 6 p.m.
·         There will be football conditioning at 5:00 this evening. But there will be no baseball conditioning.

·         Today is the  Last Day of the 2nd Nine Weeks / Students will receive new Schedules during 8th Period

·         Monday, January 20, 2014 = No School MLK Holiday

·         Tuesday, January 21, 2014 = 1st Day of the 3rd Nine Weeks (Students change classes) / 8th Period RSP Reward Celebration (Students must be present to win)

·         Wednesday, January 22, 2014 = Grades must be submitted via ENGRADE before 2pm / Day Basketball Game 1pm (We will follow the regular bell schedule until it is time to go to the game)

·         Thursday, January 23, 2014 = RSP Reward Trip to ALFA Running Right Academy

·         Friday, January 24, 2014 = Report Cards go home during 8th Period

·         Lady Leaders will be meeting in the conference during Tiger Time and Lunch Sessions.

·         We would like to wish everyone celebrating a birthday this week a Happy Birthday!



·         The following students were winners yesterday at the Academic Challenge Games and will be traveling to Tennessee in April to represent CMS and Logan County.
Levi , Chase , Trey , Cassidy , Devin , Savannah , Emilee .

Out of the 25 spots available in the county, CMS filled 7 of them!!!
