·         Song of the day: We are Family
·         Lunch Menu:  Fish sticks, tartar sauce, peas, breadsticks, milk, and fruit.
·         Students will be dismissed at 10:30 to go home and then come back to the Home Coming Parade if they wish
·         The homecoming dance will take place on Saturday from 6:00-8:00. CMS students only!! Students must follow the school dress code for the dance.
·         There will be registration for girl’s league basketball on October 5 from 6:00-8:00 and on October 6 and 7 from 1:00-3:00 in the lobby of the old high school. You will need to bring your birth certificate and registration fee is $40. All girls in grades K to 7^th. If you have questions call Rhonda Richards at 688-6005.
·         If you would like to buy a ticket for tonight’s football game see Mary in the office. The cost of the ticket if you buy it in the office is $3. The cost at tonight’s game will be $5.

·         Lunch Menu:  Taco salad, corn, Spanish rice, refried beans, milk, and fruit.
·         Congratulations to the CMS tennis team beat Logan last night in 9 matches to 0 for the girls and 7 matches to 0 for the boys. The girls are now 10-1 on the season and the boys are 8-3.
·         Homecoming parade is tomorrow.
·         Friday: Team Day (CMS Student are encouraged to wear their favorite jersey or team apparel. Students will be dismissed at 10:30 to go home and then come back to the Home Coming Parade if they wish)

·         Congratulations to the JV and Varsity volleyball teams on their victories over Kermit last night.
·         Homecoming parade will be October 5.
·         A representative from Washington Mutual will be in the copier room today with information about your new health supplement. Stop by to get a free gift just for listening.
·         This is spirit week!!
·         Thursday: Orange and Black Day (CMS Students will be encouraged to wear orange and black to support the CMS Tigers!! We will also be having a Pep Rally during 7^th Period on Thursday!)
·         Friday: Team Day (CMS Student are encouraged to wear their favorite jersey or team apparel. Students will be dismissed at 10:30 to go home and then come back to the Home Coming Parade if they wish)
 Cheerleaders, Miss CMS, attendants and their escorts will be dismissed at 12:40 to practice. Once they are dismissed they are to report to the cafeteria.

·         Congratulations to volleyball team on their tournament victories this weekend. The JV captured first place and the varsity won second place.
·         Mr. Dugan wants to remind the band members that they need to continue their fundraising campaign. He has added extra cash incentives for the top sellers!

· Lunch Menu: Turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, milk, and fruit
· Congratulations to the football team on their victory over Poca!
· Mr. Dugan wants to send a shout out to the band for the terrific job they did at last night’s game. You looked great in your new uniforms and sounded amazing too!!
· Students: RSP papers must be returned today or you will not be able to participate in the rewards activities which will take place during the year. The papers must be returned to your first period teacher.
· Homecoming parade will be October 5.
· The CMS volleyball team will be hosting a tournament tomorrow beginning at 11:00.
· The Apple Butter festival is scheduled to take place Saturday and Sunday at the old high school this weekend.
· Next week is spirit week: Monday: Blue Monday (In recognition of Monday being National Wear Blue to show your support against bullying, CMS students are asked to dress crazy, just like the traditional Crazy Day we have every year but this year we would like for everyone who is against bullying to have a blue theme to their craziness!)
