·         Group B is on Bus Duty  (Roeher, Farley, Kidd, Farris, Hensley, Tinder, and Thompson)
·         Lunch Menu: Ham and Cheese, Carrots and Celery, Chex Mix
·         7th period Band students need to report to the band room at 8:30.
·         The 7th and 8th Grade Choir members need to report to the auditorium at 8:30.
·         Tomorrow morning at 8:00 will be the 8th grade awards. 7th grade awards will follow at 9:00.
·         The Sports Banquet will be at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon.
·         On June 6th the CRHS Choir will be performing.
·         Monday, June 9th the 8th grade “Get a Life Activity” will be in the gym.
·         There will be inflatables in the evening on the 9th.
·         Last Day for students will be on the 10th. Reports Card will not be released until 2pm.

·         Group A is on Bus Duty  (Bias, Gleason, Belford, McKnight, C. Hensley, T. Vance, A. Kirk, Williams)
·         Lunch Menu: Spaghetti, Spinach Salad, Applesauce, Roll
·         8th Grade Night will be tonight at CRHS beginning at 6pm.
·         The 3rd Nine Weeks Winning Team Altrusimo will be traveling to ALPHA Running Right Mining Academy on Friday, May 20th. Students you cannot wear flip flops, sandals, or slip on shoes to ALPHA due to safety reasons. You will not be allowed on the bus if you are wearing the wrong kind of shoes.
·         The Prayer Club will be going to Camden Park today.
  • The 8th Grade Students need to turn their PEP’s in to Mrs. Porter ASAP.
  • Relay for Life members need to turn in their T-shirt orders and forms to Mrs. Adkins today.
  • The National Junior Honor Society will be having a hat day on Friday. This will be to celebrate the end of the year by calling it a wrap and wearing a hat. The cost is $1.00.

·         The Book Fair will be open 1st and 2nd period today only if you have money.
·         The 5th Grade Theatrical Performance will begin at 8am.
·         The 6th  Grade Theatrical Performance will begin at 9am.
·         7th and 8th locker clean outs will begin after announcements.
·         The ROTC program from CRHS will be meeting with the 8th grade at 1:00 today.
·         The 2nd Nine Weeks winning team Amistad will be traveling to the Air National Guard in Charleston on Wednesday.
·         8th Grade Night will be  Thursday at CRHS beginning at 6pm.
·         The 3rd Nine Weeks Winning Team Altrusimo will be traveling to ALPHA Running Right Mining Academy.
  • The 8th Grade Students need to turn their PEP’s in to Mrs. Porter ASAP.
  • Relay members if you are ordering a shirt please get the money and order form to Mrs. Adkins by tomorrow. If you need a form please see Mrs. Adkins today.
  • The Prayer Club members need to bring in their items for the Camden Park trip Thursday.

·         Lunch Menu: Nachos with Ground Beef, Salsa, Refried Beans, Corn, Frozen Fruit Bar
  • The 8th Grade Students need to turn their PEP’s in to Mrs. Porter ASAP.
  • Students if you have money out for Relay for Life please turn it in to Mrs. Adkins ASAP.
  • Mrs. Williams needs to see Taylor P, Cade E, Tanner M, Terry C, Austin B, and Emily T.
  • Mrs. Williams also needs to see the track team members during Tiger Time.
  • The WV State Police Bullying Lecture will be held in the auditorium today.
  • Book Fair will be open 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 7th. We now have Mine Craft Books available.
  • Please be advised that the we will not have a nurse today.

  • The 8th Grade Students need to turn their PEP’s in to Mrs. Porter ASAP.
  • Saturday May 17th will be our Spring Dance from 6 til 9. The dance is for CMS students only. Formal dress is not required. The cost of the dance is $7.00 per student.
  • Pictures will be taken at the dance. Packages range from 5 to 20 dollars.
  • Students Book Fair will begin on Monday. It is Buy One Get One Free.
  • Congratulations to the top three sellers in the CMS Band’s recent fundraiser. They are:  3rd place – Caroline J   2nd place- Allison W and 1st Place Cheyanne R.  Please see Mr. Dugan sometime today to claim your monetary prize.

·         Lunch Menu: Steak and Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Roll, Mandarin Oranges.
  • The 8th Grade Students need to turn their PEP’s in to Mrs. Porter ASAP.
  • CMS Tiger Softball hosts the Conference Tournament
  • CMS Tiger Baseball will travel to Man to participate in the Conference Tournament.
  • Awareness Movie 7th and 8th Periods “Place at the Table”. Review notes will be placed in your mailbox. Students will still change classes as normal. We will stop the video and then continue to show it during 8th period.

·         Lunch Menu: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Hash Browns, Biscuit/Gravy, Hot Apples
  • Ms. Maynard’s and Mrs. Trent’s morning classes are to report to the auditorium.
  • Any elective teacher that does not have students due to testing needs to report to the auditorium.
  • The 7th and 8th grade student council will be meeting today.
  • Mr. Barker is selling tickets for the WV Lightning Semi-Pro football game, May 10th, at Tiger Stadium in Chapmanville. Game time is 7:00 PM and tickets cost $8 for Adults and $6 for Students. There will be all day football events with a weight lifting competition at 10:00 AM, Punt, Pass, and Kick competition at Noon, and more!
  • A shout out to wish Skylar  a Happy Birthday from Taylor and Myka.
  • All Honor Society forms need to be turned in to Mrs. Williams by tomorrow.
